Belly Dancing is difficult and takes many years of dedication to really master.
Also, belly dancing will not sculpt your body along the lines of the western
concept of the ideal body type, even when done intensively.  Using more
conventional fitness equipment and techniques are still the best methods of
achieving lean, clearly defined muscles.  

However, belly dancing will significantly strengthen your core muscles,
improve your posture, increase your stamina and cultivate a graceful
composure. Belly Dance is a beautiful and ancient art, fascinating to learn and
fulfilling to perform. And it’s just plain fun, so come and join us for an
enriching experience!
